ForTheWin is a party band from the Washington DC area playing a wide variety of Top 40, Pop, Rock, HipHop, etc for clubs, weddings, festivals, private events, corporate events and anywhere that you need a high energy band to bring the party to you. Front man, Schwartzy, has performed for years at the biggest clubs & festivals in the DC area and was often heard on the Sports Junkies radio show. His electric stage energy, powerful vocals, and rapping skills never fail to impress. Accompanying Schwartzy at Lead Vocalist is the real-deal vocal powerhouse, Amanda Szott aka “Szotty”. Amanda has been captivating audiences and paying her dues in the club circuit for many years with local band “Hottwire”. Szotty completes the band with her fun energy, charisma, and unforgettable vocals (you gotta hear her sing some Whitney or Beyonce) and the band’s possibilities are limitless. Their show hits all genres and appeals to men & woman of all ages. Guitarist, Paul Shauer, is a veteran in the local music scene previously with well-known DC cover band JunkFood for 7 years. Paul is an incredibly talented guitar player who sets the standard for excellence in all that he does. Holding it down on Bass and Drums is Clay Lord & Bill Ledbetter, both previously in well-known cover band “Road Soda”. Bill was also the drummer in popular original local band “Welbilt”. Rounding everything out is Joe “Keys” Maier on keyboards allowing the band to literally play any type of song, catering to any type of audience. The chemistry of this line-up and musical variety is undeniable and makes them the ideal entertainment choice for any event. Their #1 goal is to make sure you have a great time, sing along, jump, dance and leave entertained. #FTW
