Friday Night Concert Series: Justin Trawick - The Yards
Aug 5, 2016 — 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Justin Trawick and The Common Good are a touring Americana group consisting of four friends who have been performing on stage together since 2006. Fronted by award winning songwriter Justin Trawick, the band has opened for such artists as Bob Schneider, Cowboy Mouth, Brett Dennen, Sara Bareilles, Hot Buttered Rum, Blues Traveler, Edwin McCain, Shawn Mullins, Hackensaw Boys, Pat McGee, Suzanne Vega, KC and the Sunshine Band, and even the Ying Yang Twins.

The perfect entertainment for a rustic country wedding, fun backyard party, summer music festival, upbeat or themed corporate event, and more. Their upbeat blend of uniquely interpreted cover songs (Top 40, classic rock, hip hop, country, and more) and catchy memorable originals, along with the band’s professionalism and easy going attitude makes Justin Trawick and The Common Good the total package.

Consisting of acoustic guitar, upright bass, mandolin, and fiddle, Justin Trawick and The Common Good are often compared to David Gray, Tallest Man On Earth, G. Love and Special Sauce, and Old Crow Medicine Show. With five albums on iTunes, Pandora, Spotify, and YouTube, Trawick and the band are seasoned professionals when it comes to putting on amazing foot stomping performances and creating romantic moments ranging from clubs to festivals to weddings to private events.
