Breathe in … Breathe Out … and start your Tuesdays with Yoga on the Sundeck at The Yards DC! Led by Yoga & Meditation instructor, Calm with Carlyn, these morning yoga sessions will be sure to add balance to your weekly routine during the month of August.
All classes will take place on The Sundeck at The Yards DC from 7:30am-8:30am. Come prepared with your own mat and water, as well as any other yoga accessories you prefer.

The early bird gets the worm with these early classes. Each session, the first 25 people to arrive get a free branded yoga block to use in their daily practice.
